Mold Forces Shutdown of Alabama Elementary School

Gradually, it is being understood by more people that mold can negatively impact the indoor air quality of a building, causing short or long-term harm to those within it, breathing the contaminated air.

This was finally realized in Shelby County of Alabama where Montevallo Elementary School was shut down due to a mold problem that was impacting the health of children.

School is being maintained in portable buildings until the problem is resolved through appropriate mold remediation.
